2 or 3 Truck Operator 

$1,200 + GST Per Month.

The equivalent of 0.03c per km based on 12,000 km's per month over 3 trucks.

4 to 6 Trucks 

$1,900 + GST Per Month.

The equivalent of 0.02c per km based on 12,000 km's per month over 6 trucks.

7 to 10 Truck Business 

$2,650 + GST Per Month.

The equivalent of 0.02c per km based on 12,000 km's per month over 10 trucks.

Full Accounting Offering? 

Want to keep your accounting in house with your bookkeeping?  We have you covered, although many people will already have an accountant, we can also offer this service.  Karl our inhouse accountant has an extensive background not just in accounting and has recently completed his class 5 license.  We are transport specialists so your business will be in safe hands when you choose to use us.

Additional Extras - Once off fee

Company Incorporation - Companies office fees, includes name reservation and the incorporation. 

$155 + GST

Transferring clients already using Xero to Profitable Pathways chart of accounts and getting tidied up in current year. 

$500 + GST

Transferring clients that aren't on Xero onto Xero. This includes clients already on Xero with coding errors that will need to be treated as new to Xero to get accounts in order.
